Pure State Tonics was founded by Amy Rhodes, a qualified Doctor of Chinese Medicine with nearly two decades of clinical experience in acupuncture and herbal medicine.

After years of helping patients overcome burnout, hormone imbalances, immune depletion, and chronic fatigue, one thing became clear: people needed simple, effective, plant-based support they could trust—without confusion, overwhelm, or synthetic shortcuts.
